The most important thing when you throw a Picnic Wedding is to think very carefully about the seating plan and the way you are going to ask your guests to seat (for a while) on the floor.
The only thing you want to avoid here is to hear your guests complaining about their back and butt pain… right?
So let’s start with that and try to find the perfect seating plan in a cozy and stylish way of course.
Depending on the theme and colors you want to use for your Picnic Wedding, the key elements are the same for everyone.
First, the blankets. Even if you are throwing a summer picnic, there are many ways to use a blanket and we are not immune to a little wind coming to say hello!
So think about providing nice blankets, and of course large sheets/cloths/carpets to seat one with a large selection of cushions.
Regarding the tables, there are no obligations here. In fact, on a real French picnic there are no table to eat. Yet, if you feel that your guests will struggle eating on the floor, you can choose to put some coffee table.
